Sandra Kay Rosignol, 84, of St. Francisville, Illinois passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at Oakview Nursing and Rehab.
She was born on June 20, 1942, in St, Francisville, IL. She was the daughter of Kilburn J. Sr. and Prudence (Baum) Beard. She married Kenneth Ray Rosignol on October 18, 1958, in Carmi, IL.
Sandra was a devoted housewife, loving sister, and aunt to many nieces and nephews. She found deep fulfillment in her role as a housewife and was cherished for the warmth, care, and steady presence she brought to her family.
As a loving sister and aunt, she formed special bonds with her many nieces and nephews, who will always remember her kindness and the joy she shared with them.
Kay especially delighted in board, card, and dice games played with family and friends. These lively gatherings, particularly those with her nieces and nephews, were among her greatest pleasures and created countless happy memories.
For a few years she also embraced adventure, traveling by motorcycle and camping with her husband, Kenny, and a close group of friends. Those trips reflected her spirited side and the lasting friendships she valued.
She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Sandra is survived by her sister, Patti Ann (Chuck) Condiff, many nieces and nephews, and sister-in-law Nina Greely.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenny, her parents, Kilburn and Prudence, her sister Carolyn Sue (John) Dining, and brother K.J. Beard Jr.
Sandra will be buried in St. Francisville Cemetery, and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
