Zack Robinson, 88, of Mt. Carmel, Illinois passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at RiverOaks Health Campus in Princeton, IN.
He was born on October 15, 1937, in Dallas, TX. He was the son of ZT and Eleanor (Buaas) Robinson. He married Marsha McKechnie on January 19, 1968 in Mt. Carmel, IL, and they spent 42 years together before she passed away in 2010.
Zack graduated from the University of Texas with his Dr. of Pharmacy. He owned and operated North End Pharmacy as a pharmacist and worked at several local pharmacies until he retired.
He found great joy in boating, water skiing, and camping with his family, and also loved spending time on the tennis court and golf course. Among his family’s most cherished memories are the annual beach vacations they shared with close family friends – special times filled with laughter, love, and lasting traditions. Zack was a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church, and later in life attended Parkview Christian Church. He was a member of Mt. Carmel Elks #715.
Zack is survived by his children, Laura Farley, Tracy L. Robinson, and Anthony Wade (Heidi) Robinson; his sister, Bettye Ann Howell; his grandchildren, Shawn Merriman, Hannah Hoag, Jared Farley, Steven Wolfe, Zack, Haden, and Audra Robinson, and Noah and Wade Hendren, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Marsha; his daughter, Lisa Hoag; his brother, Tommy Robinson; and his sister, Susan Howard.
Per Zack’s wishes, he will be cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
