Linda Bradberry,78, of Richmond, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, July 17, 2026, at St. Joseph Hospital.
She was born on October 8, 1947, in Mt. Carmel, Illinois. She was the daughter of Lowell Curtis and Aretha Mae (Nolan) Terry. She married Michael Bradberry.
She graduated from Mt. Carmel High school in 1965. Linda has an associate’s degree in accounting, and she worked as a bookkeeper.
Linda enjoyed golfing, fishing, and trap shooting with her husband Michael. They loved to do everything together.
She is survived by her husband, Michael; sister, Clara Whitten of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; and several nieces and nephews.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time at Short-Cunningham Funeral Home in Mt. Carmel, Illinois. Short-Cunningham Funeral Home is located at 527 N. Mulberry St., Mt. Carmel, IL 62863.
Graveside services will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at Highland Memorial Cemetery in Mt. Carmel, Illinois. Burial will follow the service.
