Terri M. Ford, 67

Terri M. Ford, 67, of Mt. Carmel, Illinois passed away on April 14, 2026, at home with her loving family by her side.

She was born on October 9, 1958, in Mt. Carmel, Illinois. She was the daughter of George and Mildred (Shoulders) Spaulding. Terri married Tom Ford on June 22, 2019, at the American Legion in Princeton, Indiana.

Terri worked for 34 years for Walmart in El Paso, Texas, Carmi, Illinois and Princeton, Indiana. She was a member of Rolling Thunder Chapter 6 of Evansville, The Daughter’s of Isabella, American Legion Auxiliary and VFW Auxiliary, as well as St. Mary’s Parish in Mt. Carmel.

Survived by her husband Tom, and three children, Heather (Robbie) Moore, Donnie Dicus and life partner, Jesse, and Jennifer (Scott) Massamore. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and her sister, Kay.

Terri was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Bill, and sisters, Patty and Georgeann.

A special Thank You to the entire staff of Residential Hospice for their care and concern over the past 15 months. The dedication shown was evident and much appreciated.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 17, 2026, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Short-Cunningham Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with a visitation from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.

Burial will follow the service at Orio Cemetery.
