Patricia L. Angel, 67, of Mount Carmel, Illinois, passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at home. She was born on September 28, 1959, in Portageville, Missouri, the daughter of Charles Crandall and Margaret L. (Armstrong) Crandall.
Patty will be remembered for her caring heart and the love she had for her family. She earned an associate’s degree in healthcare and worked as a C.N.A. for forty-plus years, where she found great purpose in caring for others. Patty loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and always enjoyed a shopping trip with those she loved. She had a special place in her heart for animals and cherished the companionship they brought. In her free time, Patty enjoyed relaxing at home and watching true crime shows. She will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her.
Patty leaves behind her children, Aaron Henson, Amber Seaton, Nicole Henson; grandchildren, Heaven Simpson, Rowan (Courtney) Bertram, Caleigh Henson, Kora Covalt, Kimber Seaton; one great granddaughter, Victoria Bertram; sister, Tina Davis; brothers, Kenny (Toni) Angel, Eddie Angel; several loved nieces and nephews.
Patty was preceded in death by her parents.
