Judith Ann Gutschlag, 82, of Mount Carmel, Illinois, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at Oakview Nursing and Rehab. She was born on January 23, 1942 in Kewanee, Illinois, the daughter of Dean and Eileen (McBride) Doye.
Judy was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother; she treasured the time she spent with her family. Among Judy’s hobbies she enjoyed sewing ang gardening. Judy worked several years at Wal-Mart in Princeton, Fort Wayne and Fairfield where she made many friendships. She will be missed by her family and all who knew her.
She will be remembered by her daughter, Teresa (Steve) Webber of Mount Carmel; two sons, Calvin (Brenda) Berg of Fort Wayne, and Shawn Berg of Bellmont; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents; and son, Kirk Berg.
A Memorial Visitation will be held at a later date to celebrate the life of Judith Gutschlag.
