Uriah Daniel Howder, 16, of Mount Carmel, Illinois, passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at Wabash General Hospital. He was born on February 4, 2008, in Evansville, IN, the son of Scott Howder and Brittany (Alldredge) Howder.
Uriah was a sophomore at Mount Carmel High School. He loved spending time with his family and was a great big brother. Uriah enjoyed playing video games with his brothers. He was a protector and loved watching over his brothers. He was the happiest driving around listening to music and being with his friends. Uriah also enjoyed spending time with his girlfriend. He attended Keensburg Christian Church. Uriah will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him.
Uriah will be remembered by his mother, Brittany Howder of Grayville, IL; father, Scott (Robin Rodgers) Howder of Bellmont, IL; siblings, Wyatt Howder, Brantley Howder and Mackenzie Hodgson all of Bellmont, IL; maternal grandparents, Derris and Eugenia Alldredge of Grayville, IL; paternal grandparents, Danny and Rebecca Howder of Bellmont, IL; girlfriend, Lexi Bruce; cousins, Braxton Alldredge, Alyssa Alldredge, Jacob Moudy, Ezra Howder, and many more.
Uriah was preceded in death by his paternal great grandmother, Rebecca Howder; maternal great grandmother, Barbara Earl.
Family and friends are invited to gather for a Visitation from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m., Thursday, October 17, 2024, at Keensburg Christian Church.
Funeral Services will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 18, 2024, at Keensburg Christian Church in Keensburg, IL, with Pastor Allan Wright officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Grayville, IL.
