Patricia Ann Deisher, 83, of Mount Carmel, Illinois, passed away Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Oakview Nursing and Rehab surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on February 20, 1938, in Wabash County, Illinois, the daughter of Lenard J. and Stella (Strothers) Perry. On April 5, 1958, she married Harold Deisher who preceded her in death on July 19, 2009.
Patricia was retired from Mount Carmel Apparel Garment Factory. She was a 1956 graduate of Mount Carmel High School and in her later years, greatly enjoyed watching the Mount Carmel Aces Volleyball and Lady Aces Tennis. Patricia enjoyed listening to gospel music and spending time outside in the sunshine. Patricia was a very kind lady who cherished her family and friends. Cooking and baking for them was enjoyable to her. Patricia was a member of Gospel Kingdom Church, and she will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Patricia leaves behind her children, Terra Steckler and husband Dan, Tracy Deisher and wife Kathy, Tonya Wheeler and husband Jim; grandchildren Adam (Emily) Steckler, Rachel (Norman) Powell, Holly (Jose) Salazar, Hannah Deisher, Haley Deisher, Jamelyn Wheeler; great-grandson, Parker Powell; special friends, Karen and Ken McKenney, Helen and Belinda Harvey, Linda Johnson.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; beloved husband of fifty-one years, Harold; sister, Shirley Perry; brother, Lenard J. Perry Jr.; and special friend, Mary Ann Krug.
A private family Graveside Service will be held, Thursday, September 16, 2021, at Highland Memorial Cemetery with Brother Brandon Hodgson officiating.
