Kelli Storckman, Wabash County State’s Attorney, reports that Jason C. List, a 42-year-old Mt. Carmel, Illinois man, was sentenced to the Illinois Department of Corrections by the Honorable Circuit Judge William Hudson in Wabash County Circuit Court.
State’s Attorney Storckman advises that the Defendant was charged on April 27, 2023, with two counts of Aggravated Battery of a Police Officer, both Class 2 Felonies, after Defendant battered two Wabash County Sheriff's Deputies. On May 24, 2023, Mr. List was sentenced to 3 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections, to be followed by one year of mandatory supervised release.
