Two longtime fixtures at Wabash General Hospital are calling it a career. At Monday’s hospital board meeting, it was announced that Steve McGill is retiring after a long career at the local hospital. For many years, McGill served as WGH’s chief financial officer. Also retiring is Dr. John Barbee who practiced for 30 years as an ER physician at Wabash General. A retirement reception for Barbee was held Tuesday.
