On 9/04/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Lawrence Chad Smith, age 48, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Warrant for Residential Burglary. Smith was located in a vehicle that was stopped in the area of 9th & Walnut Street. Smith was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and held pending the posting of bond.
