On 9/04/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Samantha M. Blair, age 34, of Mt. Carmel, for Driving While License Suspended following a traffic stop at 3rd & Cherry Street. During the stop it was discovered her license was suspended at which time she was placed under arrest. Blair was transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was charged and held pending the posting of bond.
