On 8/28/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Heather M. Hall, age 31, of Mt. Carmel, for Driving While License Suspended. Hall was observed operating a vehicle at 4th & Market Street while attempting to make a probation appointment at the courthouse. Hall was placed under arrest and taken to the Wabash County Jail where she was cited and held pending the posting of bond.
