On 8/28/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Joshua E.R. Dill, age 21, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant. Dill was observed operating a vehicle in the area of 3rd & Walnut Street and the officer knew Dill was wanted. Dill was taken into custody and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and held pending the posting of bond.
