On 8/26/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Steven D. Forrester, age 42, of Mcleansboro, IL, on a Hamilton County, IL Failure to Appear Warrant. Forrester was a passenger in a vehicle stop in the area of 4th & Cherry Street. Forrester was placed under arrest and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and held pending the posting of a $500 cash bond or extradition back to Hamilton County.
