02/21/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 35 year old Kimberly L. Lowry of Mt. Carmel after she was stopped by the police. During the traffic stop it was discovered that Lowry did not have a valid driver’s license. Lowry was arrested and transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and no valid driver’s license. Lowery was held pending the posting of bond.
