Two Mt. Carmel City employees were recognized at last night’s city council meeting. It’s the first time a Mt. Carmel employee has won a similar award since 1954 when Elmo Conrady was honored.
City Clerk Rudy Witsman also commended Donnie Banks who is retiring after 38 years with the city. According to Witsman, Banks has worked in many different areas with the city and his last day is set for March 8th.
