02/24/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 42 year old Donna M. Angle of Mt. Carmel after the arresting officer observed her in the parking of IGA and knew she was wanted on a failure to appear warrant out of Wabash County Jail. Angle was transported to the Wabash County Jail and held pending the posting of $200.00.
