The due date for the last installment of real estate taxes has come and gone. So, a late fee will be tacked on to all remaining tax payments. However, that will be a small amount. Treasurer Beverly McBride said her office has collected 94% of taxes due, or $10,354,610. That leaves only $610,000 left to collect, according to McBride.
