After commissioners Justin Dulgar and Eric Ikemire voted to opt in, commissioners Rod Rodriguez and Tom Meeks voted against opting in leaving the tie-breaking vote up to Judge. Officials say it could be several years before the state allows any recreational cannabis businesses to operate in Mt. Carmel. Previously, Wabash County Commissioners had voted to opt in to the program.
