The Mount Carmel Police Department is requesting the public’s help in locating a missing female juvenile identified as Jolissa A. Davis, age 14, of Mount Carmel. Davis was last seen leaving her residence in the 700 block of West 6th Street in Mount Carmel. Davis is considered a runaway based off the information provided to law enforcement. Davis is a white female, height 5’3”, weight 163 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.
