On 6/16/18 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Roseann L. Anderson, age 55, and Taylor A. Fearheiley, age 20, of Mt. Carmel following a complaint regarding the pair having a domestic dispute in the parking lot of Wabash Valley College. Officers arrived to the area and observed a silver Chevrolet truck in the parking lot with Anderson operating it. Fearheiley was standing next to the driver side as the two appeared to be speaking. Anderson then pulled the truck away which caused Fearheiley to fall backwards and hit the pavement. Officers stopped Anderson and began investigating the incident. The investigation resulted in information that both had been in a physical confrontation with each other. Subsequently Anderson was arrested for Domestic Battery, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol and Reckless Driving. Fearheiley was also placed under arrest for Domestic Battery. Both were taken to the Wabash County Jail where they were charged and held pending the bond setting by a judge. Mt. Carmel Police were assisted by the Wabash County Sheriff’s Office.
