On 6/16/18 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Quinyatte J. Harrell, age 41, of Evansville, IN for Domestic Battery. Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 100 block of South Elm Street regarding a domestic incident that had happened over the last few days. Officers spoke to the victim who reported her boyfriend, Quinyatte Harrell, had battered her several times during this time period. After investigating further, Officers placed Harrell under arrest at this time and transported to the Wabash County Jail. Harrell was charged and held pending the bond setting by a judge.
