On 6/16/18 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Luke J. Rhinehart, age 18, and Cutter A.K. Doerr, age 19, both of Mt. Carmel for Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol. Officers were dispatched to a report of underage drinking at a river camp off of River Road. Officers responded and found several subjects on scene. Following their investigation officers arrested both subjects and transported them to the Wabash County Jail for processing. Rhinehart and Doerr were later released with a court date.
