Now that the books have been closed on Fiscal Year 2017, Wabash County Board Chairman Rob Dean issued a thanks to various department heads, who “did really well with their money". Later in the meeting, Treasurer Beverly McBride issued a report which confirmed Dean’s opinion. According to McBride, the General Fund is in a better position than one year ago at this time to the tune of $300,000.
