Ivan K. Dill, of Mt. Carmel, Illinois passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2023, in St. Clair County, Illinois.
Ivan was born August 23, 1977, in San Bernadino, California, the son of Davey R. Dill and Frances Shaffer Potter.
Service will be held Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Short-Cunningham Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 9, 2024.
He attended Mt. Carmel High School and worked as a boilermaker.
He is survived by his mother, Frances of Nevada; children, Shane Dill of Grayville, Illinois, Tyler Dill of Grayville, Illinois, Daniel Dill of Hardin, Kentucky, Shelby Moore of Mt. Carmel, Illinois; and one grandson, River Wallace York; siblings Robin Glenn of Massachusetts, William Wayne Shaffer of Texas, David Isaac Dill of Alabama, Isaac Jacob Dill of Mt. Carmel, Curt Edgar Dill of Bellville, Illinois, Clint Derek Dill of Bellmont, Illinois, Montana Dave Dill of Mt. Carmel, and grandmother Kathryn Tonnelson.
He was preceded in death by his father Davey Dill, grandparents Elmer and Mary Dill, and Wayne Shaffer.
