Christine Conrad, 71, of Allendale, IL, passed away April 14, 2022.
She was born January 10, 1951, to Donald and Grace (nee Sisson) Hasselbrink, in Erlangen, Germany.
Christine was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved spending time with her family. Christine loved music, dancing, being outside, and was an avid reader. She loved history and could speak multiple languages. An animal lover with a big heart, she would help animals whenever she could. Christine was quite witty, always sharing her “fun facts”. When she was younger, she enjoyed traveling all over the world with her military family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Grace Hasselbrink.
Christine is survived by her loving husband, Kenneth Conrad, Allendale, IL; children, Tamara (Woodrow) Lemon, Benton, LA, Jarrod (Lisa) Henson, Mt. Carmel, IL, Nathan Pickering, Allendale, IL, Troy (Amy) Conrad, Allendale, IL, Dalen Conrad, Allendale, IL; grandchildren, Kedrie (Kaitlyn) Lemon, Bradley (Nicole) Lemon, Caleb Lemon, Cade Henson, Clayton Lagow, Conner Lagow, Landon Lagow, Thomas Conrad, Gage Headrick, Zoey Hedrick; great grandchildren, Lillian, Adelynn, Julian, Madilyn and Kaylee; special cousin, Janet Resler.
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society or the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
