Patricia Ann Phelps, 85, of Mount Carmel, Illinois, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Oakview Nursing Home and Rehab. She was born on December 24, 1935 in Mount Carmel, Illinois, the daughter of Grover and Ida (Beakler) Phelps
Being born and raised in Mount Carmel, Pat loved our little community. She was a hard worker and spent many years working as a bookkeeper for B&B Manufacturing and at Lamac Engineering. Pat was of Christian faith and a longtime member of First Baptist Church. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Pat will be remembered by her brother, Delbert Phelps; several nieces and nephews many friends who loved and cared for her. She was preceded in death by her parents; seven brothers and seven sisters.
Graveside Services will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 29, 2021, at Highland Memorial Cemetery with Pastor Stephen Freels officiating.
