Funeral Services were held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, November 23, 2020, in the Chapel of Keepes Funeral Home to honor the life Rudy David Kight. Pastor Deron Colgan officiated the service that included prayer, reading of the obituary, message and closing prayer. Scripture passages were taken from Psalm 23, 1 Corinthians 2:9, Psalm 26, and Isaiah 55. Rudy’s son, Brandon Kight shared fond memories of his dad’s life and the great lessons he taught him. Rudy’s nephew, Jimmy Deisher, also spoke of many fond memories of Rudy’s life. Jennifer Colgan provided prelude and postlude music during the service. Sally Kight sang, “It Is Well With My Soul”, and “How Great Thou Art”. Burial took place at Allendale Cemetery. Pallbearers were Blake Kight, Dirk Kight, Asher Kight, Jim Deisher, Gene Kight, and Mac Kight. Honorary Pallbearers were Chris Rafferty, Kelly Kight, Tim Rafferty, Michael Kight, Scott Kight and Mike Rafferty. Keepes Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Rudy David Kight.
