Kevin B. Morris, 64, of Carmi, IL passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Oakview Heights Continuous Care and Rehab surrounded by the love of his family. He was born January 11, 1954 in Iowa City, Iowa the son of Everett Morris and Louise (Bowman) Morris.
Kevin was employed as a dietary aid at Carmi Manor Nursing Home in Carmi, Illinois. He loved keeping up with many types of sports. Kevin was a huge Saint Louis Cardinals baseball follower and also enjoyed watching the Iowa Hawkeyes football team. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He will be dearly missed.
Kevin will be remembered by his two sons, Aaron (Chasity) Morris of Allendale, IL and Ryne Morris of Mount Carmel, IL; two grandchildren, Jaxon and Bennett Morris; two brothers, Terry Morris of Stone Mountain, GA and Scott Morris of Batesville, IN.
Kevin was preceded in death by his parents.
In Keeping with Kevin’s wishes, Cremation Rites will be accorded with a private family graveside service be held at a later date.
