Charles Feldman, 78, of Allendale, Illinois passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Transcendent Healthcare in Owensville, Indiana. He was born on January 1, 1940 the son of Lester and Alice (Stone) Feldman. Charles married Mary Lou Case on June 4, 1965 and together they enjoyed fifty-two years of marriage before her passing on August 27, 2017.
Charles enjoyed the outdoors fishing, camping and horseback riding. Together Mary Lou and Charles loved attending local chowders and supporting events that were held in the community. He was a member of the Zion United Methodist Church in Lancaster, IL. Charles worked at Snap On Tools in Mount Carmel. He will be missed by his family and all who knew him.
Charles will be remembered by his brother in law, Steve (Pam) Case; nephews, Bobby (Amy) Windle of Allendale, Perry (Kristi) Case of Jacksonville, IL and Ted Case of Moline, IL; nieces, Kelly (Scott) Hurt of Mount Carmel and Cassandra Stanley of TN; several great nieces and nephews.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents; loving wife, Mary Lou Feldman; son, Leslie Feldman; brother, Steven Feldman and sister, Sheila Kays.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday, April 16, 2018 in the Chapel of Keepes Funeral Home with Pastor Nelson Reiber officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery in Lawrence County, IL.
