Funeral Services were held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 28, 2018 in the Chapel of Keepes Funeral Home to honor the life of Donald Hinderliter. Pastor Randy Snelling conducted the service that included a welcome message, reading of the obituary, homily, open time for sharing fond memories of Don’s life and prayer. Scripture passages included 1 Corinthians 15:50-55 and 2 Corinthians 15:42-46. Musical selection during the service included, “Love, Me” by Collin Ray, “Jealous of the Angels” by Donna Taggart and “Go Rest High on that Mountain” by Vince Gill. Don’s granddaughters, Brittany and Taylor Newton also sang, “Dancing in the Sky.” Burial took place at Highland Memorial Cemetery in Mount Carmel, Illinois. Pallbearers were Scott Grounds, Jeff Minnis, Logan Keil, Michael Kolb, Jim Newton, Gary Krug and Dale Schnepp. Keepes Funeral Home is honored to serve the Hinderliter family.
