The funeral service for Marsha McGuire was held Wednesday, January 3, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Short Funeral Home. Pastor Jeremy Henson conducted the service with prayer, scripture, memories and message. Marcia Woodcock played “What a Friend We Have in Jesus” and “Amazing Grace” with Jackie Summers as soloist during the service. She included in the prelude music the “Song of the Army Nurse Corps,” “When Irish Eyes are Smiling” and “My Wild Irish Rose.” The burial service was at Highland Memorial Cemetery with Pastor Henson. Pallbearers were David Donnelly, Terry McGuire, Brad McGuire, David Wallace, Kim Liddle and Pastor Jeremy Henson.
