On 5/01/2024, Mt. Carmel Police issued an Ordinance Violation to Mt. Carmel Liquor Lake, manager Ajaykumar Patel, age 26, for Sale of Alcohol to a Person Under the Age of 21 following an investigation into a 19-year-old male that unlawfully purchased alcohol on 4/23/24 from this location. A mandatory court date of 5/21/24 was set and will be prosecuted by City Attorney Derek McCullough.
