GUIDELINES
· Payment is only made once the athlete makes the team
· Pay to Play is basically Pay to Participate (just because you pay does not guarantee playing time)
· Payment must be made prior to the first contest
· No refunds will be given
· A Free and Reduced Waiver can be used for those that qualify (waivers can be applied for at registration)
