The Mt. Carmel City Council has set trick or treating for two nights this year on Saturday, October 30th and Sunday, October 31st from 4:30 to 8pm each night. But one of the city’s most popular trick or treating routes will see some changes. Cherry Street from 3rd to 9th Street will be closed to traffic with the only exceptions being at the numbered street intersections.
