On 3/13/20 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Kyle W. Dyson, age 25, of Mt. Carmel, for Failure to Notify Change of Address of a Sex Offender. Officers received information that Dyson was residing at a residence in the 1500 block of West 3rd Street which was not his registered address. Upon investigation, officers confirmed that Dyson had failed to update his sex offender registration status as required by law. Dyson was placed under arrest and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was charged and held pending a bond setting by a judge.
