On 3/16/20 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Mallory L. Banks, age 36, of Mt. Carmel, for Theft Under $500, following a complaint of a theft of a debit card that was later used unlawfully. Upon investigation, the arresting officer found evidence indicating Banks had unlawfully taken and used the debit card multiple times unlawfully. Banks was charged and released with a court date.
