WVC Foundation's Crystal Ball A Success

The Wabash Valley College Foundation hosted its annual Crystal Ball on Saturday, Feb. 15, in the Mabel A. Courter Youth Center Anderson Building.

WVCF president Karin Hodgson said with over 160 people in attendance, the Crystal Ball “was a success. We raised about $6000 for the WVC Foundation. The donations were made by businesses and individuals alike. Overall, it was a fun evening to celebrate Valentine's day, WVC and the community.

Mrs. Hodgson noted that the highlight of the evening was Kyle Peach’s presentation about the Radio/TV program and the national awards it and WVC sophomore Tristan Thomas have been nominated for. After the presentation, dinner, which was catered by Hogg Heaven Catering Co. and served by WVC Tribe students, was served. After dinner, the attendees were entertained by comedian/magician Mike Bliss.
