WHAT: Personal Injury Crash
WHERE: US 40 and Armstrong Road Clark County
WHEN: 02/24/2020 at 7:42a.m.
VEHICLES: UNIT 1 – Gray, 2015, Jeep Journey
DRIVER: UNIT 1 – Ronald Allen Levi Luci, 26, of Casey, IL
TRANSPORTS: Union Hospital Terre Haute, IN
CHARGES: Improper lane Usage, No Valid Driver’s License, Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
PRELIMINARY: Unit #1 was eastbound on US 40 near Armstrong Road. Unit #1 crossed over the westbound lanes and exited the roadway. Unit #1 then struck the north ditch and several small trees with the front of Unit #1. Unit #1 came to rest in the north ditch. The driver of Unit #1 stated that he fell asleep and ran off the road.
