n 9/03/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested David E. Ammon, age 61, of Mt. Carmel, for Domestic Battery, following a domestic incident with a juvenile family member. After investigating the incident both Ammon and the juvenile family member were arrested for domestic battery. Ammon was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was charged and held pending a bond setting by a judge. The juvenile was charged and released to another party.
