Mt. Carmel Police arrested a Mt. Carmel woman twice in a 12 hour period. Police arrested 59 year old Pamela S. Weiss on Monday at the apartments located at 203 N. Division. Police were called to the said address due to Weiss playing music loud and screaming. Weiss refused to calm down and was subsequently arrested for disorderly conduct and transported to the Wabash County Jail. Weiss would later bond out. Then on Tuesday morning (today) police were called to 1128 Poplar Street reference a domestic dispute. Police arrived on scene and spoke with witnesses who stated Weiss was throwing the victims belongings into the roadway and "flipping off" passerby's. Police were then told that Weiss battered her boyfriend. Weiss was arrested and transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was charged with domestic battery. Weiss is being held pending a court appearance.
