09/02/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 57 year old Juan M. Jackson of Lawrenceville after he was stopped in the 900 block of N. Cherry Street. During the traffic stop it was suspected Jackson was under the influence of alcohol. The arresting officer reported Jackson submitted to field sobriety testing and failed. Jackson was arrested and charged with DUI, improper lane usage, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Jackson was held pending the posting of bond.
