The long-delayed project to install sidewalks along Oak Street between 3rd and 9th Streets is finally moving forward. Judge said he was hopeful work can begin next Spring on the sidewalk project which was most recently delayed by concerns from the railroad company about the city paying for ADA accessibility at two railroad crossing along the route.
