If you are interested in selling real estate, Wabash Valley College is offering Real Estate Broker Topics Pre-License I, BUS 1202, CRN 30659, which is your first step in obtaining a broker license in Illinois to sell real estate. Course I is designed to meet the first 60 of the 75-hour pre-licensing curriculum requirements for real estate brokers desiring to sell real estate as set forth by the State of Illinois and IDPFR.
The class will meet on Monday evenings from 6:00 – 9:50 p.m. in the Applied Arts Building Room 106, with the first class meeting on August 19. Dave Wilderman is the instructor for the course. Register today and tell a friend!
