Aqua Zumba, a “Party in the Pool,” is being offered at Wabash Valley College for the Fall Semester, with three classes being offered. Cassandra Grimes has a passion for what she does and is excited to teach this Latin-inspired, low-impact, but high-energy class at the Wabash Valley College Pool. What to expect in class? Music will fill the room. Routines will be learned from rhythms around the world. Every move in the water will help to tone and strengthen you while being easy on your joints. This is one Pool Party you don’t want to miss! It’s fun for everyone!
