On 8/08/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Cynthia K. Frayser, age 48, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant. Frayser was located in the 300 block of West 9th Street where she was taken into custody. Frayser was transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was served her warrant and held pending the posting of bond.
