07/26/2019- 30 year old Juan C. Valle of Mt. Carmel was arrested by MCPD Officers when they located him in the 600 block of Vine Street. Valle was wanted on a $200.00 cash bond warrant for failing to appear in court. Valle was transported to the Wabash County Jail and held pending the posting of bond.
