07/25/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 26 year old Kaleigh C. Singer of Mt. Carmel after police found her in the 800 block of Broadmoor Dr. Police knew Singer was wanted on a Wabash County failure to appear warrant. Police arrested Singer and transported herto the Wabash County Jail where she is being held pending the posting of $500.00 cash bond.
