On 5/31/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Sarah D. Banks, age 37, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Warrant for Failure to Appear and a Spencer County Indiana Warrant. Banks was observed in the 200 block of East 10th Street and placed under arrest. During the arrest officers also located a glass smoking pipe with suspected narcotic residue inside it. Banks was transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was charged and held pending the posting of bond.
